Free consultation

I offer an one off consultation over the telephone for twenty minutes to discuss your needs and agree an approach. This also gives us an opportunity to have a discussion and confirm whether I'd be the right therapist for you.

Remote counselling

Weekly online sessions at £50 each. These fees apply to clients who wish to engage in short or long term therapy. The payment is to be paid in advance prior to each session.

Walk and Talk Therapy

Weekly sessions at £55 each. These fees apply to clients who wish to engage in short or long term therapy. The payment is to be paid in advance prior to each session.

Block sessions of 6

I offer a block of six sessions for £50 per session which is £300 in total when paid in advance. These sessions take place weekly.

Block sessions of 12

I offer a block of twelve sessions for £45 per session which is £540 in total when paid in advance. These sessions take place weekly.
